1 month in Goa - Colomb beach

We planned to stay one month in Goa state, easier for us to rent a house for good price and keep our luggage there. If we wanted to find an ashram ; we finally rent a small house in a nice and calm area between Palolem and Patnem in Goa South, around 70km South from the airport.
We have a room, a living room and a small kitchen that allow us to cook everyday ; indian food of course! This is also saving lot of money. We rent the house for 19k INR which is good for the region. The tourists aren't there yet, the season begins now and all people are building and fixing their houses and bungallow to prepare the season. They can only keep their installation for 6 months and will dismantle all! That's quite impressive...
We quikly found some yoga teachers in the area.
Being close to the beaches changes us from the moutains views ; it is very nice place!
Palolem Beach in 5mn walk on the North ; and show 1,61 km of palm trees.
The Patnem beach is South ; a very nice beach with a mix of palm and pine trees ; it is also 5mn walk from our house ; and more quiet compared to Palolem.
Between both beaches is Colomb Beach, a nice small beach with more rocks and fisher village ; few shops are often open and the indians there calling us "Come to my shop"! After few days they finally recogniezd us and stop to ask ;°) We had good Relationship with Dilara, Omer, Raffik, Gueeta and others vendors.
It is not rare to see the dolphins swimming ; and several fish boats are used by fishers to get sardines, maquerels and other species. Since we are turning vegetarians, and have seeen very small sharks and fishes we decided not to eat any of them.
After few days our canadian friends Gaspard and Genevieve joined us. They also rent a small house 5mn from our place. We share the cooking and kitchen and have a lot of fun!
We definetly practice the recipe we have learnt in Bhagsu... Galad is now called "El Chappatti" ; I did improved my Aloo Paranthas ; Dhal and Mix Veg. Gaspard is really good cooker ; and Geneviève has made us very good pancakes !
We have met a nice swiss guy on thre beack that told us about her ex-girlfriend buiding and eco village here! Alexandra had quickly went to visit her and we started to help buidling her 7 houses as the chakras. We'll tell upu more about the experience in another article.
Next step: Gokarna in Karnataka.
